The program recruits exceptional students to a fellowship designed to produce the next generation of world-class leaders. Fellows are selected to work at the Gloucester Institute’s administrative office in downtown Richmond, Virginia.  Projects and responsibilities are determined based on the Fellow’s career and educational interests.
