Serving as Junior Class Vice President at Hampton University, Aaleya is continuing to grow as a leader while preparing for dental school and pursuing a future of service and impact.

An attorney at Harrell & Chambliss LLP, Phillip is still walking in leadership and making a meaningful contribution in Richmond.
Matthew Reed— 2014
Serving as a Financial Coach with First Financial Coaching, Inc., Matthew helps clients pursue their goals through financial guidance while continuing to lead through community involvement and professional service.
William Brown— 2026
A finance major, William credits ELP with strengthening his networking and public speaking skills while helping him become more confident stepping outside of his comfort zone and engaging with new perspectives.
Brian Larrell — 2012
Serving as a flight attendant with a major U.S. airline, Brian continues to lead with purpose and creativity through travel, media, and entrepreneurship.
