Executive Director
Winona Coles is the Executive Director for The Gloucester Institute. She is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. Ms. Coles oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization’s programs and services.

Hospitality Manager
Sylvia has been with TGI since 2014 and is a Gloucester County resident. As TGI’s hospitality manager, she runs the day-to-day operations including: overseeing hospitality personnel, ensuring that the facilities are properly maintained, and taking steps necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
